Returns and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you received the goods, in the event that they are faulty, or from the date on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email at camisetasfutbolclub@gmail.com. We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

Return conditions:

• For products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The products are in their original packaging.

  The following products cannot be returned:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

• Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, for example goods that deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date has passed. Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

• Goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

  We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Returned goods: you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You must send the goods to the following address: Refund Policies. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping, so we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actually receiving the products or proof that the return was received.

  Gifts:

• If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and then sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.
